The Challenge
Our brief was to collaborate with an interior design company undertaking a domestic refurbishment project to transform an outdated family home into a state of the art smart home. The client was seeking a high specification solution, combining premium temperature control technology with the latest lighting, audio/visual equipment and security systems.
The designer was keen to install the correct equipment to efficiently heat or cool the home while blending seamlessly with the carefully chosen décor.
The owner of the home also wanted the system to be WIFI enabled to link with the other smart home technology devices.
The Solution
A full heat recovery VRV system with Smart home capabilities, consisting of 9 concealed in void units. We were able to fit a concealed ducted system, out of general view as requested.
